IND vs NZ 3rd T20I Live: All over! India win by a humongous 168 runs, win the series 2-1

A thumping 168-run win to claim a 2-1 series victory for India. Shubman Gill came in with a purpose and got it all right. He smashed 12 fours and 7 sixes in his unbeaten knock of 126.

Chasing a mamoth 234, the Kiwis crumbled within the powerplay as SKY took two screams at slip and later at the boundary.

Pandya picked up two early wickets and two later on, while Arshdeep took a couple as well. Umran Malik and Shivam Mavi also picked up two apiece. 

Daryl Mitchell was the only batter who got some runs on the board as he scored 35, with the next best in the team being 13.

Tickner gets a leading edge off his handle while trying to pull and the ball lobs up in the air for the easiest of takes for Ishan Kishan.

Wickets keep falling every over! Ferguson heaves the ball down the ground but has no timing at all and it lands in Umran Malik hands.

There is nothing wrong SKY can do today. His 3rd catch of the night. Santner hits the ball high towards the boundar, but Yadav at deep mid-wicket judges it well, balances himself nicely to avoid going over the ropes.

Bracewell is beaten for pace as he attempts the cross-batted hoick. However, he missed it completely and the ball hits the top of middle-stump.

Where it looked like a replay, but was not. SKY did it again as he took another blinder at slip. It was almost a repeat of Allen's dismissal. SKY times his leap perfectly and surely good bowling from Hardik.

New Zealand in deep trouble as three players are down in the span of two overs. Arshdeep is on top form taking two wickets in the same over.

Conway surely could not believe what happened as he stood there and just looked lost. However, this has turned into a superb start for India.

Ripper! SKY takes a one handed stunner. Allen threw his bat and the outside edge flies to slip. It was going over but SKY takes the perfect jump to take the catch over his head.

A Wild Wednesday for India as Gill made sure to put runs on the board after Hardik won the toss and went against the usual notion of the venue and opted to bat first.

The innings was all about Shubman Gill as he started off well but took a back seat when Tripathi went berserk.

SKY did his thing, but after those two departed, Gill stepped on the accelerator and got a good partnership alongwith Hardik Pandya.

Gill celebrates but then calms himself down to do his typical celebration - bows down to the crowd and his team mates. Dravid and rest of the team applaud for him as Hardik too congratulates the youngster. 

After a brilliant six, tried to go big again. The fullish delivery saw SKY wanting to go over mid-on, however, the bat turned on impact and he miscues it. Bracewell, however, moves across and dives to take a blinder.

After a series of low scores in T20I, Shubman Gill has now notched up his maiden T20I fifty.

He raises his bat to acknowledge the applause.

The crowd at Ahmedabad is stunned as Tripathi's neat little cameo comes to an end. Tripathi shuffles to pull it behind square but Ferguson at deep backward square leg completes a nice catch.

Ishan Kishan poor form continues. Kishan played for the turn and got strough on the frontfoot around off stump. India retain the review thanks to umpire's call.
