"She is very sensible in the sense of understanding the scene. The way she has performed in the film, it doesn't look like it is her first film. Rasha is very good and she has worked very hard. There is honesty in her to learn how to work. I would say that there is no ego problem, nothing. I think that comes from her mother," shared Mohit.

The actor further revealed, "I have met Raveena ma'am, she is such a grounded lady. It doesn't seem that I am talking to Raveena Tandon when I speak to her. She is so humble, nice, and warm. She is always welcoming and praising, inspiring, and motivating you."

Mohit Malik on his character in Azaad

In the same conversation, Mohit revealed he plays the character of Tej in the film. "He is somebody who is evil personified. There's a lot of rage in him. There's a lot of violence in him. There's a lot of bitterness in him. He is very narcissistic. He is a very megalomaniac. It's a character that I haven't played yet. And it was difficult (to play him) because he was so far away from me," mentioned Mohit.

Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Azaad is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 17, 2025. It will clash with Kangana Ranaut's Emergency at the box office. Are you looking forward to watching Azaad? Tweet @ottplayapp and share your thoughts on X.
