Varshangalkku Shesham has made a total worldwide collection of around Rs. 20 crore, within the first 2 days of its release.
The Vineeth Sreenivasan directorial reportedly collected around Rs. 5.75 crore from the Kerala box office alone, with the first two days.
The Pranav Mohanlal-Dhyan Sreenivasan starrer has made a total worldwide collection of Rs. 9.8 crore, on its Day 2.
The total overseas collection of the multi-starrer is now set to touch the Rs. 10 crore mark, when it completed the first two days of release.
Interestingly, Varshangalkku Shesham is leading among the Vishu releases, at the Gulf box office so far, beating Aavesham and Jai Ganesh.
The period drama has registered an excellent advance booking rate for the Vishu Day, which is also its first Sunday in the theatres.
As the PVR ban for Malayalam films has been lifted, Varshangalkku Shesham is expected to get more number of shows across India, from April 14, Sunday.
In that case, Vineeth Sreenivasan's film can enter the Rs. 40 crore club of Malayalam cinema, within the first weekend of its release.
