Nadikar and Malayalee From India boosted viewers' expectations with their remarkable casts and unconventional storylines, but they failed to leave a lasting impression following their theatrical release.
Considering their unsatisfactory box office performance and mixed reviews, it is plausible to believe that these circumstances contributed to the postponement of the OTT release.
Nadikar told the story of superstar David Padikkal's sudden rise to fame and will his conceit prevent him from becoming a better artist. Although the film is unsteady, Tovino's acting makes the second part better.
Malayalee From India centred around Aalparambil Gopi, who inadvertently gets engaged in a dispute in his town. The film made it very clear why individuals should avoid engaging in contentious politics.
Without breaking records at the box office, neither movie was able to maintain the Malayalam's winning streak. Nonetheless, the stories and filmmaking techniques make them worth seeing.
