Anant-Radhika wedding

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s lavish wedding on July 12, 2024, was a star-studded affair. Here are some of Radhika’s stunning traditional outfits.

The wedding attire

Radhika Merchant looks no less than a queen in her wedding outfit. The exquisite Zardozi cut-work on the lehenga is something one can only dream of.

The ‘Vidai’ attire

The outfit Radhika chose for her ‘Vidai’, features an exquisite backless blouse, a brocade lehenga skirt, a silk dupatta, and a veil. It reflects the artistry of 19th-century Gujarati bridal looks.

The ‘Haldi’ ceremony

The interesting aspect about this ceremony was Radhika using jewellery made of flowers, and not gold or diamond. Even her lehenga’s dupatta was made of jasmine flowers.

Radhika’s ‘Sangeet’ ceremony

The young bride dazzled at her ‘Sangeet' ceremony in a chandelier-inspired pastel outfit, featuring a crystal-embroidered tissue skirt and off-shoulder heavily embellished blouse.

Radhika's ‘Mameru’ ceremony

This outfit held sentiment values, featuring Bandhani textile from Gujarat, gold zari borders, and shlokas embroidered to honour the nine Navratri goddesses, blending tradition and elegance.

The ‘Dandiya’ night

Radhika stunned in a dark purple Bandhani lehenga with intricate silver sequin embroidery, eye-catching patterns, and Shrinathji motifs, exuding Gujarati traditional elegance.

The Golden Corset

During Radhika’s first pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, she sparkled in a champagne lehenga with mirror embellishments. The stunning part about the outfit is the corset-style blouse.

The ‘Hastakshar’ ceremony

This prenup ceremony marked the union of Anant and Radhika. The pastel peach-coloured saree-style lehenga with heavy embellishment looked absolutely ethereal on her.
