There are several South movies which were shelved due to unknown reasons. These movies were supposed to star so many popular actors. Let's have a look!

Nartanasala

The mythological drama has Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sarath Babu, and others in key roles. But the movie got shelved after Soundarya passed away in 2004.

Abu Baghdad Gajadonga

This Chiranjeevi starrer did not release after some religious groups expressed objections over some characters portrayals.

Satyagrahi

Pawan Kalyan's film got shelved due to unknown reasons. This was one of the most anticipated projects of the actor after Khushi.

Premante Suluvu Kadura

Late actor Uday Kiran's film was called off due to unknown reasons. As per reports, the film shooting was 50% done before it got shelved.

Nair San

In 2008, it was reported that Mohanlal will join hands with Jackie Chan for a movie based on Indian freedom fighter Aiyappan Pillai Madhavan Nair. But it got shelved.

Karikaalan

Vikram starrer movie was announced and even a poster of the actor was also released. But the movie was called off due to unknown reasons.

Mirattal

A.R. Murugadoss and Ajith Kumar were to come together for this movie but it did not make it to the theaters.
