Upcoming films Prithviraj Sukumaran

After impressing audiences with Aadujeevitham, Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has some exciting movies in the pipeline that will be released in 2025. Check out the list here:

L2: Empuraan

This Malayalam action thriller is directed by Prithviraj himself. According to reports, it's the second installment in a planned trilogy, following the Mohanlal starrer, Lucifer from 2019.

Vilayath Buddha

In this thriller drama, Prithviraj will be seen as a small-town smuggler. The film is adapted from the namesake novel, written by G. R. Indugopan, and published in 2020.

Santosh Trophy

This film is the second collaboration between Prithviraj and director Vipin Das, after Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil. The upcoming film was announced in October 2024.

Sarzameen

Prithviraj once again will be seen in a Bollywood film. Backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, the film marks the debut of Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan.

Salaar 2

The second part of the 2023 film began its filming in August 2024. It was originally titled, Salaar Part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam. Apart from Prabhas and Prithviraj, Shruti Haasan is expected to be a part of it.

Nobody

In August 2024, Prithviraj announced this film. The actor is set to collaborate with 2022's Rorschach director, Nissam Basheer for this Malayalam action drama.
