One of WWE’s mega event’s the annual SummerSlam is back. The 37th edition of the Slam is being held at the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio, and will feature 6 Championship matches and 1 non-title encounter on its line-up.

The Intercontinental Championship, Women’s HeavyweightChampionship, Women’s Championship, United States Championship, World Heavyweight Championship and Undisputed Championship are the 6 flagship events.

Scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 3, viewers in India can tune in on August 4, 4.30 am onwards. The broadcast partner for WWE in India is the Sony Sports Network, so, tune in there, or catch all the action live on SonyLIV.

Match schedule of WWE SummerSlam 2024

The WWE Intercontinental Championship will have Sami Zayn take on Bron Breakker, while Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan fight it out for the WWE Women’s Heavyweight Championship. Bayley and Nia Jax take the ring for the Women’s Championship; Logan Paul and LA Knight for the United States Championship; Damian Priest and Gunther in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and Cody Rhodes against Solo Sikoa for the WWE Undisputed Championship.

The non-title match of the day is between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre, with Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins as special guest referee. This is expected to be the biggest match of the event, since there’s no title at stake. Gunther and Nia Jax’s King and Queen of the Ring wins in May, had earned them shots at Championship bouts at the SummerSlam, with the former expected to be at the centre of one of the biggest upsets of the event. Damian Priest is the defending Heavyweight Champion, while Bayley is in the Women’s category.
