The left-handed batting sensation Smriti Mandhana bagged the highest amount of INR 3.4 crore by Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Smriti led RCBW to its maiden WPL title in 2024, defeating Delhi Capitals by eight wickets in the finals. However, the defending champions failed to replicate the performance in WPL 2025 and ended its season in fourth position in the overall standings.
The 27-year-old all-rounder from Australia, Ashleigh Gardner, received a final bid of INR 3.2 crore from Gujarat Giants, making her the second highest paid player on the list. She displayed a strong all-round performance for the team with 243 runs in 10 innings and 12 wickets.
The experienced campaigner from England, Nat Sciver Brunt, is the third highest-paid player in WPL 2025. Mumbai Indians bought the player at a price tag of INR 3.2 crore during the auction. Brunt scored 523 runs in WPL 2025, becoming the first player to score more than 500 runs in a season.
The Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma, who represented UP Warriorz in the WPL 2025, bagged a price of INR 2.6 crore from the franchise. The player led the team, following Alyssa Healey's omission from the squad due to stress injury.
The 24-year-old Indian batting marvel Jemimah Rodrigues secured a bid of INR 2.2 crore from Delhi Capitals. She played some impactful innings during the WPL 2025 season and helped her team to reach the finals of the tournament.
