SA vs BAN: Quinton de Kock smashes 3rd century in five games, achieves milestone in 150th ODI

Quinton de Kock continues to shine in the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023. He notched up his third century in just five games during South Africa's match against Bangladesh at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The South African opener had already reached a quick fifty in just 47 balls after his team opted to bat first.

In the 34.1st over, Nasum Ahmed delivered the ball to de Kock, who smartly collected a single to complete his century. De Kock exhibited his prowess by expertly capitalizing on the loose deliveries and showcasing impeccable strokeplay down the ground. 

This remarkable achievement marked his 20th century in ODI cricket and was met with thunderous applause from the crowd, along with a warm hug from his partner, Heinrich Klaasen.
