Preparations for the upcoming T20 World Cup are in full swing as the 9th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 is all set to begin on February 17 (Saturday). It will kick off with defending champions Lahore Qalandars facing off against two-time winners Islamabad United in Lahore.

For Indian fans who want to watch the live streaming of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024, it will be available on the FanCode app and website. The live telecast of PSL 2024 in India is not yet confirmed.
About the PSL 2024:
The 9th edition of Pakistan's premier T20 cricket league will feature six teams playing a total of 34 matches, including three playoffs and the final. The grand finale is scheduled to take place at Karachi's National Stadium on March 18.
During the league stage, each team will compete in 10 matches following a double round-robin format. The top two teams on the points table will advance to the qualifier, where the winner will secure a spot in the final. Meanwhile, the third and fourth-placed teams will face off in the first eliminator. The winner will then challenge the loser of the qualifier for a chance to reach the summit clash.
Among the franchises, Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars stand out as the most successful, with each securing two titles. Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans, and Quetta Gladiators have each claimed the title once.
Following the tournament, the national team of Pakistan will embark on a tour to England for a four-match T20 series. Afterwards, they will journey to the West Indies and the USA to participate in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in June.
