The Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand is all set to take on Mitchell Marsh's Australia in the 2nd T20I of the three-match series on February 23. The Aussies won the first match of the three-match series and had the opportunity to seal the series. However, for the BlackCaps, they will need to win this match to save the series.

In the first clash, Australia defeated the Kiwis by 6 wickets at Sky Stadium in Wellington on Wednesday. Rachin Ravindra (68 off 35) and Devon Conway (63 off 46) powered the host nation to 215 for 3 after choosing to bat first.

However, in reply, Mitchell Marsh's 72 not out of 44 guided Australia home in the last-ball thriller. The Aussies at one stage required 32 runs from nine balls for an unlikely win. However, later towards, the end, the side needed four to win off the final ball, and Tim David smashed Tim Southee for a boundary to seal a 1-0 lead.
It was the team's third-highest successful run chase in T20Is while Marsh was named player of the match.
