In response, KKR batters, especially Quinton de Kock, stood up tall for taking his over the line with a sensational knock of 97* from 61. He was awarded the Player of the Match award for this match-winning innings. RR bowlers did pick two wickets of Moeen Ali and Ajinkya Rahane but lacked consistency for the most part.
