In the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023, South Africa has distinguished itself as a formidable team, consistently achieving scores exceeding 300 runs in most of their matches. While they did suffer a surprising loss to the Netherlands, their batting prowess has shone through with impressive totals.

They scored 428 against Sri Lanka, 311 against Australia, 207 against the Netherlands, 399 against England, and most recently, 382 against Bangladesh. The Temba Bavuma-led Proteas have not only secured victories but also maintained a healthy Net Run Rate (NRR), making them a force to reckon with.

On the other hand, the Indian cricket team has maintained an unblemished record in the tournament, winning all five of their matches and accumulating 10 points. The Men in Blue on November 5 will face South Africa at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

Fans have taken to social media platforms, particularly X (formerly known as Twitter), to express their anticipation of an intense bowling battle, as the Indian bowlers, in excellent form, have consistently prevented opposing teams from breaching the 300-run mark. South Africa's formidable batting lineup is expected to provide the Indian bowlers with their most demanding challenge yet.

In the ongoing South Africa vs Bangladesh clash, as of the time of writing, eight overs have been completed. Bangladesh, known as the Bangla Tigers, has encountered early setbacks, losing three wickets and scoring 32 runs. To secure victory in the match taking place at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, they face the challenging task of chasing 351 runs needed to win.
