As the third and concluding T20 International match between India and South Africa unfolds, a sudden surge in activity on X (previously known as Twitter) has caught the interest of numerous users. This trending topic revolves around certain fans expressing their desire for the dismissal of the Indian coach, Rahul Dravid. The hashtag #SackDravid is gaining momentum, prompting curiosity about the reasons behind its popularity.
Despite Dravid's successful coaching resulting in India winning the 2023 Asia Cup Final and reaching the final of the ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023, there is discontent among certain fans who argue that these achievements are insufficient, emphasizing the need for more trophies.

Criticism extended to the squad selection for the South Africa tour, particularly in the third game, where the Men in Blue opted for the same team as the 2nd T20I, a decision not well-received by fans.
Although opener Ruturaj Gaikwad was unavailable for the 2nd game due to illness, fans questioned why he was not included in the lineup for the 3rd game. Similar concerns were raised about the absence of Shreyas Iyer and the top-ranked T20I bowler, Ravi Bishnoi, both of whom are on the sidelines and not part of the playing XI.
Additionally, many even questioned why players like Tilak Varma and Arshdeep Singh received opportunities despite not meeting performance expectations.
As of writing this article, the Men in Blue have gone on to score 186 for 3 in 18 overs. Captain Suryakumar Yadav is playing on 97 and had a good partnership with Yashasvi Jaiswal who got out for 60. SKY and Rinku Singh are currently at the crease and will look to take the score past 200.
