After suffering a shock defeat in the series opener in Hyderabad, the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team has bounced back in style, leading the five-match series 2-1. India's resounding 434-run victory in the Rajkot Test is their biggest-ever win in the format in terms of runs. While India will be aiming to seal the deal in Ranchi, England will be hoping to level the series.

The fourth Test match between India and England will kick off on February 23 (Friday) at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi. Indian fans can catch the action live from 9:30 AM IST on the Sports 18 Network, as well as on the Jio Cinema app and website.

About the 3rd Test between India and England:

Eyeing their 17th consecutive series win at home, India has been nearly invincible since their defeat against Alastair Cook's England in 2012. Since then, India has emerged victorious in an impressive 38 out of 47 Tests, suffering only three losses (two against Australia and one against England) on home soil.

In their recent match in Rajkot, India fielded several young players and secured a resounding victory over the Three Lions. Yashasvi Jaiswal's record-breaking double century in the second innings greatly contributed to Team India's commanding lead.

With three Test matches already played and two remaining, India finds themselves in a promising position to clinch the series if they maintain their winning momentum in the upcoming fourth Test.

Regarding the stadium, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Jharkhand State Cricket Association, it boasts considerable size, and spinners typically play a significant role on its grounds. The pitch provides spinners with ample grip and turn, adding an extra dimension to the game.
