Amidst all the ongoing bilateral series for the senior men's team, attention will now shift to the U19 boys who will take centre stage in the ICC U19 World Cup 2024. South Africa is all set to host the 15th edition of the tournament starting on Friday, January 19.
A significant format change sees sixteen teams divided into four groups, with the top three teams from each group advancing to the Super Six stages. The top two teams from each group will then qualify for the semi-finals, with the final on February 11.
Six venues in Benoni, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontein, Benoni (again), Kimberley, and East London have been selected to host all the games.
