In the ongoing ICC Men's ODI World Cup 2023 in India, Pakistan's fast bowler Haris Rauf is facing a challenging run, and his latest feat places him in the company of Virat Kohli, Rachin Ravindra, and Quinton de Kock in the 500-run club. Unfortunately, this is not an achievement to be proud of, as Rauf, primarily a bowler, has conceded over 500 runs in the tournament.

The 30-year-old right-arm pacer has become the first Asian bowler to reach this milestone in a single edition of the ODI World Cup.

Rauf reached this unwanted record during Pakistan's final group stage game against England in Kolkata, where he picked up a wicket for 51 runs in his 8 overs.

Despite being the ninth-highest wicket-taker in the World Cup with 14 scalps from 9 ODIs, Rauf has struggled with an economy rate of over 6.8, and his strike rate of 32.14 is among the worst in the top-10 bowlers. Fans, including many from Pakistan, have started trolling Rauf for his sub-par performance.

Pakistan's overall bowling has struggled at the ODI World Cup, despite having prominent bowlers like Shaheen Shah Afridi, Rauf, and Hasan Ali, have significantly contributed to their downfall in this World Cup.

As for the clash after 46 overs, the English side has posted 296 runs, having lost four wickets.

If England scores Pakistan needs to win inside:

20 - 1.3 overs

50 - 2 overs

100 - 2.5 overs

150 - 3.4 overs

200 - 4.3 overs

300 - 6.1 overs

Pakistan's journey in the ODI World Cup 2023, looks all but over while New Zealand looks to book the final spot in the semi-finals, joining India, South Africa and Australia.
