Day 12 started off with a bang as the Indian women's compound archery team secured their second gold medal of the Asian Games by narrowly defeating their Chinese Taipei counterparts by just one point. The top-seeded trio, consisting of reigning world champions Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Aditi Swami, and Parneet Kaur, displayed remarkable precision, scoring a perfect 60 out of 60 in the final end.

However, the day also saw disappointment for Indian shuttler PV Sindhu, a two-time Olympic medalist, who was eliminated in the women's singles quarterfinals.

Wrestling: Naveen of India suffered defeat in the bronze medal match against Kim Minseok of Korea in the Men's wrestling 130kg category.

Hockey: The Indian women's team lost to China 4-0 in the semi-final clash. They will have to play the Olympic qualifiers for a ticket to Paris after the loss.

Archery: Indian Men's Compound Team wins against South Korea by 5 points to win GOLD in the Final.

Squash: India's Dipika Pallikal and Harinder Pal Singh win GOLD in Mixed Doubles event. They defeated Malaysia's Binti Azman Aifa and Mohammad Syafiq.

Wrestling: Mansi of India emerged victorious against Korea's Bark Jeongae in the Women's Freestyle 57kg Repechage Round 1 match. Mansi is now set to face Uzbekistan's Sobirova in the BRONZE medal match.
