Shantit Kranti unfolds as a humorous coming-of-age narrative, focusing on three young men in their late 20s who embark on a journey to Goa in search of solutions to their existential dilemmas. However, their plans take an unexpected turn, leading them to a meditation retreat in Lonavala. The first season offered a self-contained story, providing little room for speculation. This Marathi web series, created by TVF in association with BhaDiPa, offers a unique perspective on the challenges faced by its characters. The story delves into the lives of these individuals, played by Alok Rajwade, Lalit Prabhakar, and Abhay Mahajan, along with the introduction of Shikha Talsania from "Veere Di Wedding" in her Marathi web series debut. The trio, facing various mental challenges, initially aims for the sunny shores of Goa. Yet, a friend's deception finds them at a wellness resort, stripped of their phones and other modern amenities. "Shantit Kranti" explores whether they can endure the wellness retreat or succumb to the temptations of their ordinary lives. "Shantit Kranti" is part of a wave of Marathi web series released by various platforms, with Ashish confirming plans for five to six new Marathi web series. Previously, MX Player led the charge with successful shows like "Samantar" and "Aani Kay Hava," both of which received new seasons in 2021. The series touches on themes of self-discovery and personal growth, challenging the characters to find inner peace and confront their life's challenges in a new and unexpected setting. With a talented ensemble cast and creative crew, "Shantit Kranti S2" continues to captivate audiences with its intriguing storyline and humour-infused narrative.
