Mrs Wilson

Mrs. Wilson is an award-winning British historical drama series that stars Ruth Wilson, Iain Glen, Keeley Hawes, and Fiona Shaw, along with Indian actor Anupam Kher.  

It is based on the true story of actress Ruth Wilson's grandmother, Alison, who discovered, upon the sudden death of her husband Alec, that he had another, secret family. Based on the time of World War II, it's up to Alison to prevent her family and her world from being torn apart as she unravels the secrets and complexities of her late husband's past.

This three-part series is written by Anna Symon and is produced by Jackie Larkin for BBC One.
