Sunshine Forest Kindergarten is going to prepare a flee market and the kids are enthusiastic to decorate their booths. Doby and Panda tie the balloons to the booth for decoration. Other kids want to exchange their stuff for the balloons, but Doby refuses. The arch of the booth flies away because it was tied to too many balloons. Gordon turns into an airplane and saves Ballie hiding among the balloons, and he draws the falling arch. Saved by Gordon, Doby and Pandy shared the balloons with everyone to decorate their booths.
