Byadh Season 1

 Adapted from Rajarshi Das Bhowmick's Chorai Hotya Rohoshya, Abhirup Ghosh directs an ensemble cast of Anirban Chakrabarti, Rajatava Dutta, Kharaj Mukherjee, Bibriti Chatterjee, Souman Bose and Anashua Majumdar. The series begins when a huge flock of sparrows are found brutally killed in a bush, in several villages all over West Bengal. The series revolves around Souman Bose's and Rajatava's characters, essaying a cop and a private eye, trying to get to the bottom of the mystery. This is a Zeoline Media production. Anirban Chakraborty also stars as the supposed antagonist, dead set on a ruthless mission of serial murders across the state of Bengal. He has previously garnered immense success and adulation for his Hoichoi series, Eken Babu and has recently featured in Srijit Mukherji's Kakababur Protyaborton, where he co-starred with Prosenjit Chatterjee and Aryann Bhowmik.
