Serving as a spin-off sequel of the 2018 film of the same name, Blindspotting is an American comedy-drama series that picks up six months following the events of the film, as Ashley finds herself suddenly incarcerated after Miles — her boyfriend and the father of their son, compelling her to move in with Miles' mother and half-sister. Season 2 takes off nine months after Ashley and Miles’ prison nuptials in the finale of season one, with Ashley attempting to raise their son on her own, and finds herself reaching a breaking point. Created by Rafael Casal and Daveed Diggs, the series features performances from Jasmine Cephas Jones, Jaylen Barron, Candace Nicholas-Lippman, Atticus Woodward, Benjamin Earl Turner, and Rafael Casal.
