Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha is clean, green, smart and aspirational. However, like any other city it has darker side of its own. This series title “Bhubaneswar Night” intents to bring out certain darker aspects of the city such as sex rackets, drug peddlers, tender fixing and slum encroachment, stroke, demolish etc.
