The White Queen

The White Queen is an English period drama series that is set in the turbulent times of the fifteenth century in England. As an internal war is going on in the country, three women, namely, Elizabeth Woodville, Margaret Beaufort, and Anne Neville fight a relentless war amongst themselves in order to claim the English throne. The show is told from the perspective of these three women and the storyline is filled with love, lust, greed, power and betrayal. The show is directed by Colin Teague, James Kent and Jamie Payne and stars Rebecca Ferguson, Aneurin Barnard, Amanda Hale, Faye Marsay, Max Irons, Ben Lamb, Tom McKay and Juliet Aubrey in the lead roles.
