Thanthu Vitten Ennai follows the life of Vinay who comes from a joint family comprising six women. Vinay(Ashwin Kumar Lakshmikanthan) falls in love with Amritha(Haripriya Isai), but soon his family looks for a decent girl of their choice for his marriage. The million dollar question is - who will Vinay marry? And will the girl married to him be able to adjust with six other women under one roof.
