Review: Siddharth Ramaswamy's Fall revolves around Divya (Anjali), an ambitious young woman who sets out to disclose some crucial information about her boyfriend Daniel (Santhosh Pratap), to her sister-in-law Malar (Sonia Aggarwal). But Divya meets with an unfortunate accident after which she falls into a coma.

Though her parents (played by Thalaivasal Vijay and Poornima Bhagyaraj) have pinned high hopes on her returning to life, her siblings (essayed by Namita Krishnamurthy and SP Charan) have some other plans. While the latter come up with the prospects of implementing euthanasia, Divya regains consciousness and starts figuring out what happened to her.

The makers have unveiled three episodes this week, among which Plunged into Darkness introduces viewers to the plot and varied characters who are driven by different motives. The second episode Waking up from the Abyss brings the predictable, yet compelling set of sequences which are complemented by neat performances from actors. The last episode, Web of Lies, makes for an interesting watch, thanks to effective execution of characters with grey shades planning numerous things after Divya's reawakening.

The nuanced depiction of a crooked and practical entrepreneur by SP Charan steals the show, while Santhosh and others are apt in their roles. Despite the presence of ample characters, the filmmaker has succeeded in providing an identity to everyone in a convincing manner. The suspense-filled expressions of a few characters are on point which escalate the thriller genre of the series. The makers have concluded three episodes in an intriguing manner, offering adequate reasons for viewers to wait until next week.

Verdict: Perfectly cast actors and captivating sequences make Fall a riveting watch.
