Liam Neeson is considered to be one of the greatest actors from Ireland and has received multiple awards such as BAFTA as well as the Academy Award.
After appearing in movies like Excalibur, The Dead Pool and Husbands and Wives, he received much prominence for his role as Oskar Schindler in Steven Spielberg's critically acclaimed Schindler's List.
He is also known for portraying Qui-Gon Jinn in the first movie of the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. He also received much acclaim for his role as Ra's al Ghul in Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins.
Neeson has also appeared in the works of the acclaimed filmmaker Martin Scorsese in the movies Gangs of New York and Silence.
