From humble beginnings to one of the most familiar faces in India today, Yash’s journey as a superstar is fairly new. The actor, who was said to be accepting a remuneration of Rs 20 crore, has reportedly been paid Rs 27 crore to reprise his role as Rocky in KGF: Chapter 2. 

Allu Arjun

This Tollywood superstar is yet another actor who has a big fan following in multiple South Indian states. Having recently impressed with Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun has reportedly received Rs 60 crore for the two Pushpa movies.

Surya

Another Tamil film star with a big following, Surya has already been named six times in Forbes India Celebrity 100 list based on earnings. The Jai Bhim actor reportedly earns Rs 20-25 crore per film. 

Ram Charan

This star has been in the limelight since the release of S.S. Rajamouli’s latest pan-Indian blockbuster, RRR. Ram Charan reportedly earned Rs 43 crore for his portrayal as Alluri Sitarama Raju in the period action drama. 

Jr. NTR

Jr NTR was also the lead star in S.S. Rajamouli’s RRR, playing the role of Komaram Bheem. The Tollywood star has bagged Rs 45 crore for his role in the movie according to reports. 

Dhanush

Another Tamil star, Dhanush has also made his debuts in other languages such as Malayalam and Hindi. The actor, who was also featured in the Forbes India Celebrity 100 list based on revenues, reportedly earns Rs 7-8 crore per film. 

Mahesh Babu

Mahesh Babu, a massive name in the Telugu film industry, reportedly makes Rs 55 crore for each project. Some reports also suggest that he has hiked his paycheck to a massive Rs 80 crore.
