SAFF Championship 2023: Semi final teams, schedule and all you need to know
The Top 4 stage of the 14th South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Championship has begun.

From the initial eight teams who participated in the tournament, only the final four teams remain in the competition as they advance to the knockout stages.

Kuwait
Kuwait, part of Group A, finished at the top of the points table on the virtue of scoring more goals.

Kuwait vs Bangladesh - July 1 (Kickoff: 3:30 PM IST)

India
The host nation India, who are also from Group A, also qualified for the semifinals as runners-ups. Pakistan and Bhutan ended up as the teams to return without a single point in the same group.

Bangladesh
In Group B, Bangladesh finished as the runners-up with 6 points in their three matches. Bhutan and Maldives are the two teams who were eliminated from Group B.

Another invited team, Lebanon, finished with 9 points after the three group games and a 100% winning percentage to claim the top spot in Group B.

The SAFF Championship 2023 semi-finals will be played on Saturday, July 1 at the Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru.
The final of the SAFF Championship 2023 will be on Tuesday, July 4. The match will start at 7:30 PM IST.
