Kapil Sharma
Kapil Sharma is a television presenter, actor, comedian and television producer. Born into a Punjabi middle-class family, Kapil started his career by winning the comedy reality television show The Great Indian Laughter Challange in 2007. He soon moved to Mumbai and started pursuing more work in the field. He participated in Sony TV's Comedy Circus and won six seasons of the show. He then became a popular household name and started his own show Comedy Nights with Kapil in 2013 on ColorsTV. His comic timing and acting prowess landed him acting roles in Bollywood like Kis Kisko Pyar Karoon, Friangi and It's My Life. He is considered a King of Comedy and has made a niche in the comic industry.

Raju Srivastava
Another contestant who rose to fame with The Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One is Raju Srivastava. Born into a middle-class family, he used to mimic people since his childhood and always wanted to be a comedian. His presence on Sony TV made him quite popular and was considered one of the best comics in the country. He featured in different shows with smaller appearances throughout the years and also featured in some Bollywood movies like Barood: A Love Story, FIrangi and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The actor has recently suffered from a heart attack and is undergoing treatment.

Sunil Pal
Sunil was also a contestant amongst the great comics of the time at The Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One. He was the winner of one of the seasons. His acting skills landed him smaller comic roles in Bollywood films like Kick, Krazzy 4 and Bombay to Goa among many more. He even directed and wrote a comedy film, Bhavnao Ko Samjho in 2010 which featured more than fifty comics.

Kiku Sharda
A notable actor in Indian television for many years, Kiku got his much-deserved recognition with the launch of Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors TV. He did some memorable roles on television like Constable Gulgule in F.I.R. and Akbar in Akbar and Birbal. His comic timing was underappreciated which got recognized on Kapil's show. His character became a household name and he has been working with different characters on the show for more than nine years now. He was arrested for mimicking Dera Sacha Sauda's head, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan in 2016. He has also worked in a few Bollywood films like Race, No Problem, Happy New Year and Dhamaal amongst many more.

Ali is an actor and stand-up comedian. He made his debut in acting with the Star Plus TV show Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki. Since then he has been constant on television with his presence in Itihaas, Aahat, Comedy Circus and F.I.R. among many more. He has also appeared in a number of Bollywood films like Kahlanayak, Josh, Partner and Sunday among many more. He got fame and recognition with Kapil Sharma's television comedy show Comedy Nights with Kapil. He started with his character of 'Dadi' and later started playing other characters, as well as the show, progressed throughout the seasons.

Sunil is an actor and a stand-up comedian. Though the actor had been in the industry for many years but received his much-deserved recognition through Comedy Nights with Kapil when he started playing the character of Gutthi. His character received much love from the audience and its title song became the catchphrase at the time. Though Sunil parted his ways from the show due to work conflicts but soon came back with the character Dr Mashahoor Gulati. The actor aces at playing every character and manages to grab the attention of his audience through brilliant comic timing.
