71 and not out. Zeenat Aman is a timeless beauty. She is like a persona of what perfection looks like. Beginning her career at the age of 19 in the year 1971 with the film The Evil Within, she realized very early in her life that there is no shortcut to success.
Years later, she rose to fame after delivering impactful performances in films like Hare Rama Hare Krishna (1971), Yaadon Ki Baaraat (1973), Roti Kapada Aur Makaan (1974), Ajanabee (1974), and Satyam Shivam Sundaram (1978) to name a few.
By sheer hard work and a pinch of good luck, she had successfully cemented herself in Bollywood during the 1970s era. Recently, she led the 2017 web series Love Life & Screw Ups, for which she was praised.
However, despite being such a well-established actress, she too falls prey to trolls. Recently, one such incident came to light. Yesterday, Zeenat dropped a throwback photo from the sets of her film, Satyam Shivam Sundaram. In the photo, she can be seen lying on the ground and posing in her colourful attire. However, this image did not go down too well with a certain section of society – some of whom even believed that the image was a provocative one.
Indirectly reacting to this news, Zeenat dropped a fresh Instagram post on it. She can be seen wearing a black coloured classy dress with balloon sleeves. She has completed her look with subtle makeup and red colour lipstick. The caption read, “Look of the day: The stern judge who disapproves the provocative images that Zeenat Aman posts.”
Soon after she shared the post, many celebrities and fans rushed to the comments section and dropped their opinions on the post. Bollywood celebs Kajol, Shweta Bachchan, and Sanya Malhotra dropped laughing emojis.
Actress Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan said, “Either way both look fabulous.” Veteran actress Manisha Koirala wrote: ‘Gorgeous!’
Interestingly, Zeenat Aman joined Instagram on February 11 this year and is followed by Bollywood celebs Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Anushka Sharma to name a few.
