Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tiger Shroff, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F and Ronit Bose Roy, is one of the most awaited films this year . It is a remake of the 1998 old hit film, which starred Govinda and Amitabh Bachchan.
Akshay Kumar has just uploaded a collab post with Tiger Shroff on Instagram, in which he uploaded some behind-the-scenes videos that give us an insight into the amazing action sequences in the film.
Akshay's post read, "It’s time for an extraordinary action experience that pushes boundaries! Watch the exclusive behind-the-scenes now. #BadeMiyanChoteMiyanOnEid2024"
The two-minute-long behind-the-scenes YouTube and Instagram video opens with a war scene supported by trucks and soldiers on one side and fighter jets zooming overhead on the other. A voiceover is heard, saying, "People often ask me what this wild crazy fascination is of making these big action films. And, I don't have an answer or usually say it's an instinct.''
True to its genre, the action-thriller movie instantly grabs attention for its breathtaking action sequences, somersaulting vehicles and bullets being fired at the command of 3...2...1...action!
Sharing his thoughts about the film, Bollywood's OG action hero Akshay Kumar says in the video, "When I heard the script, I aimed to design the action sequences that would be real and relatable."
Tiger Shroff, on the other hand, felt that he has only "scratched the surface of this genre'' in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
Coming from the horse's mouth himself, Ali Abbas Zafar promises ''raw, real and rugged action" in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, to entertain and excite audiences like never before. Featuring two of the biggest action heroes - Tiger and Akshay - the movie has created high expectations with its teaser, first look, new stills and the latest behind-the-scenes video that's out today.
Interestingly, both Tiger and Akshay are going to be seen together on screen for the first time; Ali Abbas Zafar is also directing them together for the first time. The movie is scheduled to be released in theaters in April, during Eid.
