Yodha- Release date, plot, cast, trailer, and everything you wanted to know about this Sidharth Malhotra, Raashii Khanna, Disha Patani starrer!

Whenever the very name of ‘Karan Johar’ gets associated with a film, there are many things which come organically attached to it. To start with, larger than life storyboard, extremely heart touching music, stellar starcast and yes… boundless creativity. This week’s release Yodha is no different. Starring Sidharth Malhotra, Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani in the leading roles, Yodha happens to be one of the most awaited films this season.

The film has been directed by the director duo of Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. If the film’s promos are anything to go by, then, the viewers will surely be in for a visual treat of sorts with this film.

For reasons best known to the film’s makers, the film did have its initial level of setbacks in terms of its release date. The film was initially supposed to be released in November 2022, which was then postponed to July 2023, and then to different dates of September and December.

Right from the word go, the trailer of the film belongs to none other than Sidharth Malhotra! There is absolutely no doubt about the fact that whether Sidharth Malhotra can pull this role or not. He silenced all the naysayers with his role of a soldier with last year’s hit film Shershaah. This time round, timing and presence of mind will play a key role in his character who is supposed to be getting involved in a rescue mission of sorts.

Release date of Yodha
After the initial hiccups regarding the release date of the film, the film’s makers have finally zeroed down on the film’s release date as March 15 all over in theatres. The OTT streaming details of the film, however, has still been kept under the wraps. But, if the buzz is to be believed, then, the film’s makers have sold the OTT rights of the film to Amazon Prime Video for a whopping amount, although there is no confirmation about the same.
