Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai: Makers unveil a new poster of Nivin Pauly on the actor's birthday

The news of Nivin Pauly acting in a Tamil film under the helm of Ram was received with excitement by cinephiles. The movie titled Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai has been bankrolled by Suresh Kamatchi. Anjali and Soori among others play key roles in the movie which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

The makers wrapped up the project's shooting a while ago, but they are yet to announce its release date. It is expected to be out later this year, and an official announcement is awaited.

Makers unveil a poster of Nivin Pauly on his birthday

The team has unveiled a poster featuring Nivin Pauly on the occasion of his birthday today. He is seen sporting a never-before-seen look with long hair and attired in a black woolen cloth. He is seen showcasing an intense expression and is wielding a big stick in his right hand.

The actor's character in the film has remained a suspense ever since the makers announced the movie. A few working stills of the movie were out a while ago when the team was shooting a crucial scene inside a train. This is Nivin's third movie in Tamil after Neram and Richie.

Fans are awaiting the comeback of Nivin Pauly

It's been a while since the star has scored a big hit in his career. His recent outings Ramachandra Boss & Co, Thuramukham, Saturday Night, Mahaveeryar and Padavettu ended up as flops at the box office.

Nivin is said to be teaming up with Vineeth Sreenivasan for a Malayalam movie that has evoked hype among film buffs. Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai will mark director Ram's first release in the post-pandemic era.
