Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp marks a fresh chapter for the beloved vintage cartoon character. Based on a screenplay by Cory Edwards, Jim Martin, and Stephen Mazur, the film follows Woody as he gets kicked out of the forest and ends up at Camp Woo Hoo. Finding a home for himself for the first time since the forest, Woody is happy and finally at peace.
But it all comes shattering down when an inspector on the loose wishes to shut down the camp. Woody being Woody, there is little chance of him giving up on his home without a fair fight. If the 2017 movie is anything to go by, Woody has a lot of his hidden talents in store to terrify the inspector right out of his wits. But one should never underestimate the enemy, and Woody is too smart a creature to leave loose ends, especially when his home is at stake.
The hilarious adventure comedy will also feature the likes of Chloe Des Los Santos, Kershawn Theodore, Savannah La Rain, Evan Stanhope, George Holahan, Esther Son, Kushinka Jayewardene, CC Dewar, William Atticus Parker, Ian Rooney, and Anthony Craig in prominent roles.
