Wonderful World recently premiered its tenth episode, and its cliffhanger ending is making it difficult to wait another week. Episode 10 is character-driven as it showcases the dilemmas of each character - be it Go-eun (Soo-hyun's mother), Yu-ri, Su-ho, or Kwon Seon-yul. Along with the solid narrative, the new episode was well executed.
From a flashback scene where Seon-yul's mother asks him to forgive Soo-hyun to the present scene where Soo-hyun attends her funeral, the drama weaves a connection between various scenes to reflect on the intertwined fates of the leads. Both have lost their loved ones, and suspense grips the K-drama as it explores their shared trauma.
Wonderful World is packed with mystery and suspense. In Episode 10, viewers get a hint that the planned accident that changed Seon-yul's fate has a connection with dirty politics. Immoral leader Kim Joon is almost winning the political battle, but there is still hope that truth will prevail in the upcoming episodes.
