Wonderful World recently premiered its tenth episode, and its cliffhanger ending is making it difficult to wait another week. The latest episode catches up with the intriguing Episode 1 scene, when Soo-hyun (played by Kim Nam-Joo) is standing in the middle of the road and Kwon Seon-yul (Cha Eun-woo) attempts to run her over but stops at the last moment. Episode 10 ends with the death and funeral of Kwon Seon-yul's mother and the awkward face-off between Soo-hyun and Seon-yul.

Episode 10 is character-driven as it showcases the dilemmas of each character - be it Go-eun (Soo-hyun's mother), Yu-ri, Su-ho, or Kwon Seon-yul. Along with the solid narrative, the new episode was well executed.

From a flashback scene where Seon-yul's mother asks him to forgive Soo-hyun to the present scene where Soo-hyun attends her funeral, the drama weaves a connection between various scenes to reflect on the intertwined fates of the leads.  Both have lost their loved ones, and suspense grips the K-drama as it explores their shared trauma.

Wonderful World is packed with mystery and suspense. In Episode 10, viewers get a hint that the planned accident that changed Seon-yul's fate has a connection with dirty politics. Immoral leader Kim Joon is almost winning the political battle, but there is still hope that truth will prevail in the upcoming episodes. The entire episode was soaked in suspense, revenge, and emotions.

Despite Seon-yul's desperation for revenge, he helped Soo-hyun's mother reach the hospital in time; hinting at the humanity in him. Will he finally forgive and move on, or will continue to burn in vengeance? Only the upcoming episodes can tell!
