Will Awara Paagal Deewana’s sequel feature Akshay Kumar alongwith Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi?

The runaway success of the maiden ‘Munnabhai’ series ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ not just gave Bollywood one of its mega hit films of all times, but also the rock-solid pairing of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi. Everyone loved the pairing so much that, the makers, then, decided to make the sequel of ‘Munnabhai MBBS’. The sequel of the film was called ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’. Even though everything about the film was top-class, here again, the onscreen camaraderie between Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi was loved by everyone once again. Expectations from the makers of ‘Munnabhai’ series went so high from everyone that the makers then, went onto announce their next instalment in the form of ‘Munna Bhai Chale America’. But, for reasons best known to them, there has been no movement on the film’s front.

But the fans of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi may just have another reason to rejoice. The reason being, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi have been reportedly roped in the sequel of ‘Awara Paagal Deewana’, as per a report in Box Office Worldwide. If this news is true, then, this will be the first-time of these three actors (Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi) coming together on the silver screen in one project.

For the uninitiated, ‘Awara Paagal Deewana’ was a multi-starrer that starred an array of actors. These actors included Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Aftab Shivdasani, Paresh Rawal, Preeti Jhangiani, Aarti Chhabria, Amrita Arora, Johnny Lever, Rahul Dev and others. The film was a success at the box-office.
