Karan Johar’s upcoming movie, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, is a classic tale of how two lovers get embroiled in a family drama in a hope to get married one day. Today, the makers of the romantic drama dropped a trailer of the film which is spreading like wildfire on the internet.

While some social media users can’t wait to see popular actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh together on screen, a few of them are wondering whether actress Ananya Panday is also part of the project.

A picture is going viral on Twitter today that makes netizens wonder whether Ananya Panday will feature in the entertainer as well. Reacting to the development, some Twitter users believe that Ananya might just feature for a song.

“It is only for a song,” wrote one Twitter user. “Ananya and Ranveer? Bye,” wrote another user.

Interestingly, if this development becomes true, then it will be for the first time that Ananya Panday will be sharing screen space with popular actor Ranveer Singh.

The trailer dropped today has received over 2.2 million views on YouTube and is being hailed on Instagram by celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Soni Razdan, Mouni Roy, Bhumi Pednekar to name a few.
