Wild Dog to Saina: Films you should watch on OTT this weekend

The trend of movies streaming on OTT continues. This week, most of the movies which released in theatres recently, have started streaming on the digital platforms.

If you missed watching the Hindi films Saina and Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi in theatres, fret not, for now they are streaming on OTT platforms. So catch them over the weekend.

Other releases to look out for are Wild Dog, Chaavu Kaburu Challaga and Roberrt.

1. Wild Dog

Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog has finally released on OTT. The movie, which is recommended for a gripping second half, released on Netflix in India. The Ohisor Solomon directorial can be your decent watch on OTT.

2. Saina

Parineeti Chopra stepped into the shoes of Badminton player Saina Nehwal for her role in Saina. The Amole Gupte directorial could appeal to sports fanatics. It is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

3. Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi

Seema Pahwa made her directorial debut with Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi. The movie can be viewed by those who wish to see talents like Naseeruddin Shah, Vikrant Massey, Konkona Sen Sharma, Manoj Pahwa and Supriya Pathak in one frame. The film released on Netflix early today.

4. Chaavu Kaburu Challaga

Kartikeya’s Chaavu Kaburu Challaga has been re-edited for the OTT audiences. The film stars Lavanya Tripathi as the female lead. Directed by newcomer Koushik, the film can be viewed on Aha Video.

5. Roberrt

Slated for release on April 25, Roberrt is a typical mass entertainer for the Kannada audience. The movie released in Telugu with Jagapathi Babu in the lead role, in March 2021. Roberrt, on the other hand, stars Kannada actor Darshan in the lead role. Catch the movie on Amazon Prime Video after a day.
