The supporting cast includes Jeff Goldblum, Marissa Bode, Peter Dinklage, Bowen Yang, Ethan Slater, and Jonathan Bailey. The story takes place in Oz, before Dorothy Gale enters from Kansas. It follows Elphaba as she starts her journey to become the Wicked Witch of the West and her strange bond with Galinda, who turns out to be Glinda the Good.
