Guntur Karaam's leading lady, Meenakshi Chaudhary, has been making headlines for her performance alongside Mahesh Babu in the Telugu film that released in theatres today. The leading lady of Salaar, Guntur Karaam and Thalapathy Vijay’s The Goat, this glamorous actress’ career has been going great indeed. But who is this new sensation that everybody is talking about? Meenakshi participated in beauty pageants and was crowned the 1st runner-up of Femina Miss India 2018. She went on to represent India at Miss Grand International 2018, a title that she won. Thus began the glamorous life of Meenakshi in the limelight. 

Showbiz debut

The young star entered the cinema world with the hit Hotstar series Out of Love, which had two seasons. The actress’ performance was well-received and the series was considered one of Hotstar's best upon its release. The actress then made her first feature film debut (in a cameo appearance) in Udai Singh Pawar’s comedy drama, Upstairs. The 2019 film was released on Netflix and was appreciated for its heartwarming theme. In 2021, Meenakshi made her Telugu debut with the Sushanth Anumolu-starrer Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu, which failed to impress at the box office.

Meenakshi then went on to star in yet another commercial failure, the 2022 Telugu film Khiladi, alongside Ravi Teja. In 2023, the actress entered the Kollywood industry with her Tamil film debut in Vijay Antony's Kolai, which tanked at the box office.

Meenakshi's latest release, Guntur Karaam, opposite Mahesh Babu, has been making headlines and the actress has become the talk of the town. Meenakshi is busy with some exciting films in her kitty that are slated to release in 2024. The actress has been paired with big stars in some of the most eagerly anticipated films, including Thalapathy Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time, Dulquer Salmaan’s Telugu film Lucky Bhaskar and Varun Tej’s Matka.
