As D-day has arrived and fans are eager to see who would be the winner of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 between Pakistan and England, the occasion will be graced by singer Janaki Eshwar. 

Who is Janaki Eshwar?

The 13-year-old Australian girl of Indian descent gained global attention after her participation in the world-famous reality show 'The Voice' in Australia. 

She will be performing at the Twenty20 World Cup final alongside the Australian rock group Icehouse.

The second song of the evening, "Icehouse's We Can Get Together," will feature a performance by Janaki. Thando Sikwila, who was born in Zimbabwe, will also appear.

Singer-songwriter Janaki Easwar reportedly drew inspiration from her Australian and Indian upbringing, according to Rolling Stone India.

She rapidly rose to fame in Australia and has focused on breaking into India with broadcast concerts in Kerala.

Talking about Janaki's parents, Anoop Divakaran and Divya Raveendran are from Kozhikode, Kerala. 

Talking about the clash, England defeated India by 10 wickets in the semi-finals while Pakistan thrashed New Zealand to make it to the final.
