The first episode of When The Stars Gossip was released on January 4 on Netflix. Starring Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin, the sci-fi romance K-drama has been getting positive reviews. Min-ho as an obstetrician and a space tourist, Gong Ryong and Hyo-jin, a Korean-American astronaut, Eve Kim have been grabbing attention. Fans are excited to see how their spaceship romance explores. Lee Min-ho's Gong Ryong visits a space station with Gong Hyo-jin's Eve Kim along with one more astronaut. Even though his journey seems recreational, Ryong is secretly on an undisclosed mission. In the meanwhile, Ryong has a romantic relationship with the daughter of MZ Medical Center's Chairman, Choi Go-eun (Han Ji-eun) even though she has a boyfriend, Kang Kang-su (Oh Jung-se), he is a space experiment expert who has been on the space station for ten months. 

The preview of the second episode shows people suspecting that Gong Ryong is after Go-eun's money and that is why he is in love with her. Meanwhile, he confronts Kang Kang-su on the space station and the latter asks him to leave Go-eun. The preview also shows Eve Kim's gun pointing at Ryong as she thinks that he is acting suspiciously. Will his secret mission be exposed by Kim?
