When Gigi Hadid shared a frame with Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Internationally acclaimed supermodel, Gigi Hadid recently took to Instagram to share pictures from her recent visit to India. Sharing a bunch of photographs, she called her visit an “unforgettable first trip to India”. In the first monochrome picture, Gigi was seen along with her friends, posing in front of the Gateway of India.

She also shared a picture with Nita Ambani from her visit to the launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), wearing a white and gold embellished Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla saree. In the caption, she thanked the Ambani family for hosting her in Mumbai for the opening weekend of NMACC, and to be a witness to Ambani’s vision come to life, in a beautiful world class cultural center to celebrate and cultivate the creatives and heritage of India.

In another set of pictures, she posted videos and pictures, exclusively from the event. In one of these pictures, Gigi posed with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aradhya Bachchan. In another, she posed with Shah Rukh Khan. Gigi also posted a monochrome picture with Zendaya, Penelope Cruz, Law Roach and Tom Holland.

She captioned the post with, “The @nmacc.india Gala was a celebration of Indian craftsmanship, and its inspiration on fashion internationally, with the opening of the exhibit “India in Fashion: The Impact of Indian Dress and Textiles on the Fashionable Imagination,” curated by the iconic @hamishbowles!”

“It was my honor and joy to showcase this masterpiece designed by @abujanisandeepkhosla this Chikankari sari was made in the Lucknow region of India and took a year to make; each woman who crafted it specializes in a differently stitch, truly remarkable workmanship .. I’ll never forget it”, she added.

For the event, Gigi wore the white saree and styled it with a gold embellished blouse, a sleek bun and gold bangles. Along with Gigi, Zendaya, Tom Holland and Penelope Cruz also attended the cultural night.

During the gala night, Gigi also made an appearance on the stage with Varun Dhawan. While sharing the video of the performance she thanked Varun for making her Bollywood dream come true.
