Dhanush and Nayanthara make public appearance after their spat at THIS event; Watch video here

A few days ago, Nayanthara published an open letter to actor-producer Dhanush, after he didn't give an NOC to use the footage of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan for her Netflix documentary film Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale. Nayanthara had alleged and made remarks on Dhanush, making it a huge controversy. While Dhanush hasn't responded to the issue publicly yet, the duo was seen attending a wedding event recently. However, they ignored each other, even as they sat a few steps away from each other.

Dhanush and Nayanthara make public appearance at THIS event

Dhanush and Nayanthara have been making headlines after their spat on the usage of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan footage for the latter’s documentary. Nayanthara penned an open letter to Dhanush throwing the actor in a negative shade. Following this, Dhanush has not commented on the issue. However, recently, both actors were seen at a function.

Nayanthara and Dhanush attended the wedding reception of producer Aakash Baskaran who is bankrolling Dhanush’s film Idly Kadai. Many celebrities like Sivakarthikeyan and Anirudh Ravichander were seen attending the function. While Nayanthara and Dhanush were sitting in the front row, only a few seats away, the duo was not seen interacting with each other, instead ignoring. Dhanush was seen observing the event and Nayanthara was chatting with a fellow guest.

Dhanush makes court appearance related to divorce with Aishwarya Rajinikanth

Dhanush was recently spotted at the Madras High Court to finalize the divorce proceedings with his former wife and filmmaker Aishwarya Rajinikanth after 20 years of marriage. The couple had announced their separation publicly a few years back, and the divorce proceedings are said to happen with the final hearing on November 27, 18 months since the announcement. Aishwarya and Dhanush have two sons, Yatra and Linga, and the decision to part ways has been mutual.
