If you're familiar with veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, you likely know about her minimal patience for paparazzi, and she doesn't hesitate to 'discipline' them. Jaya, known for her temper, often directs her anger toward the paparazzi. Numerous instances in the past have witnessed her reprimanding individuals attempting to capture her pictures. Addressing such circulating news, she spoke about it this Thursday on her granddaughter Navya Nanda's podcast, titled What The Hell Navya Season 2, which was broadcast on YouTube.
During the show, Jaya inquired of Navya Nanda, "What do you actually want to do (in life)? I want to know."
In response, Navya remarked, "That's a profound question. What do you mean? We engage in multiple activities. Nowadays, no one is solely focused on one thing. Young people often have something called a side hustle. It's like a job, a 9 am - 5 pm job. It could be any job." She further explained, "But while you do that job, you also have something on the (other) side that you are doing."
Jaya humorously added, "I do (a side hustle)… I provide meals for some of the people who create memes about me."
Navya continued, explaining, "It means you can express yourself freely and not worry. So, you're Jaya-ing." She went on to inquire from Jaya, "How do you feel about being a pop culture phenomenon?"
Jaya responded, "I don't mind people making fun of me or laughing at me. I don't mind, but those who create the memes are not doing a good job; they should do it properly."
