A year ago, Ayan Mukerji's dream project, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, made it to the big screen after years of waiting. The film, which is the first instalment of the trilogy, ended on a cliffhanger with a mystery behind who plays the titular role of Dev in the sequel, which is titled Brahmastra Part Two: Dev. Now, as the film celebrates a year since its release, Ayan took to his Instagram page and shared a video that is a montage of many iconic scenes from the first film, featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt along with Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy.
Here's what the video is about:
In the video, the makers also assured that the film does not end with the first part and that the second and third parts are still in development. When Ayan announced that the Brahmastra sequel had been pushed back, many assumed the film had been shelved. However, the filmmaker is informing the fans that that's not the case.
He shared the video and wrote, "Happy 1st Birthday, Brahmāstra! Thank you for all the creativity, all the hard work, and all the lessons in filmmaking and in life! P.S.: I will share some early artwork from the next stage of the Brahmāstra journey in a bit. (sic)"

Karan Johar has THIS to say:
Meanwhile, Karan also shared the same video and wrote, "Today we mark and celebrate one year of this labour of love. Truly, one experience, one journey, one story that is told with the heart and soul; an army of people giving in their best to showcase nothing short of magic on the big screen; the power of love and light will continue to shine bright! #brahmāstra. (sic)"
Brahmastra also featured Shah Rukh Khan in a special appearance, with Nagarjuna in an extended cameo appearance. There's also a blink-and-miss appearance by Deepika Padukone in the film.
