Akshay Kumar has expressed in detail how he felt when his film OMG 2 was granted an ‘Adult’ certificate by the Censor Board.

Akshay Kumar is one of the most talented, hard-working, and charming actors in the film industry. Even at the age of 56, he does not shy away from performing action stunts or energetic dance sequences with energy and power. Recently, he was seen in the superhit movie ‘OMG 2’ which minted over Rs 100 crores at the box office.
OMG 2, for those who don’t know, is an adult film. It is a rare occasion that an adult film has performed so well at the box office, especially in India.

Actor Akshay Kumar has finally responded in detail to 27 edit suggestions put forth by the Censor Board ahead of the film's release. Talking to news portal India Today, Akshay said, "I don't want to fight. I have no idea about the rules. I didn't get into the rulebook. If they thought it was an adult film, then... did you all feel it was an adult film? Whoever we have shown the film to, they loved it. I made it for youngsters and I'm happy it is coming on Netflix and I'm happy about it. That's it. The important thing is that people should know about it."
Akshay goes on to recall the time when he decided to make the film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha – a film that aims to promote sanitation in the country. “When I made 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha', everybody told me what kind of title this is. I was asked, ‘Are you mad? Do you want to make a film on shauchalaya? I would like to tell you one thing, please don't discourage me by thinking about what business it (my film) is going to do. Give me courage, at least this kind of film is being made and we are showing it to our children. It is time to change society."
As far as Akshay’s professional life is noted, Akshay is currently shooting for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which also stars Tiger Shroff.
